Sarita is a highly skilled yoga practitioner, therapist, counselor, and life coach with extensive expertise in her field. Her profound understanding of yoga is the result of rigorous study and practical experience, enabling her to provide a deeply informed and effective approach.
With over a decade of experience as a yoga therapist, Sarita has successfully addressed a wide range of medical conditions, including back pain, knee issues, neck and shoulder problems, arthritis, and respiratory concerns. She customizes her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. Notably, Sarita has worked with patients with severe conditions, such as quadriplegia, to improve breathing functions. During the pandemic, she provided online counseling to help many individuals enhance their lung capacity and boost their confidence.
Sarita holds both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa Yoga University and is a QCI certified Yoga teacher. Her qualifications also include certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These credentials reflect her commitment to delivering holistic and comprehensive support for her clients’ well-being.
